Keeping up-to-date with what equipment you still own can be difficult. Many organizations also find it difficult to keep track of items such as laptops, tools and other portable equipment.

At Three Pin we are offering an asset tagging service to help you keep control over all your fixed and portable assets. This can be done on an annual, flexible or as-and-when basis.

We attach to every item a small anti-tamper label with an identification number which ties the item back to an asset list. You can also use these numbers to link staff to pieces of equipment.

Many insurance companies require you to have a register of equipment over a certain value. This helps to determine if you have adequate cover. We will provide you with a printed and electronic list that you can adjust throughout the year. You may find that after one visit from us you can manage your assets from then on in. If the absolute worst should happen e.g. a fire or theft of your data we retain a copy of your list for seven years.
